  3. The Help section provides information about how to use "ESPN's Interactive Fly Fishing School" and allows you to set your preferences for volume control and the QuickTime (TM) slider bar.

  7. *  Click on a topic in the list on the left part of the notebook.  The text for that topic will appear on the right-hand page.

  9. Preferences:

  11. *  To adjust the volume, simply drag the icon along the volume fader bar.
  12.  
  13. *  When you use "ESPN's Interactive Fly Fishing School" for the first time, the QuickTime slider bar is automatically on and the status button says ON.  To turn the slider bar off, click the status button -- it toggles to OFF.

  15. *  To save your preferences and go back to the Main Menu, click OK.

  17. Note:  Your preferences will remain set until you change them.
